Wilson’s Liquid Transfer Equipment
Wilson’s Liquid Transfer Units are uniquely designed and produced to meet each customers specific rail transfer needs. If you are transferring hydrochloric, sulfuric acid, solvents, food grade liquids, or other liquid chemicals, Wilson Manufacturing can design and build the most dependable and safe units available.
Portability allows the units to be moved from railcar to railcar thus eliminate the need to move railcars and the dangers associated with moving rail-cars. OSHA approved Lapeyre 68 degree stairway with handrails provides access to a 5’ x 7’ elevated work platform with manual hydraulically assisted drop walkways to provide operator access to the truck or railcar. The stairway and platform eliminate the operator from carrying heavy equipment and material up and down the railcar ladder as current means dictate.

Pressure Units for liquid Transfer
For applications where pressurizing the railcar for unloading is acceptable, Wilson Manufacturing can design and provide self-contained pressure units to do the job. Many of these units are available with the same features and options of the portable pump equipment.
